About the Role
This role owns the client experience from first inquiry through event completion — ensuring strong lead conversion and a consistently elevated experience at every touchpoint. The Client Experience Manager is responsible for the full client journey and operational consistency of The Green Ridge Club, as it directly relates to prospective and booked clients. This role ensures that every inquiry is handled promptly, every event is properly coordinated, standards are consistently upheld, and nothing falls through the cracks.
This position reports directly to the Owner and works closely with Event Directors, the culinary team, and the marketing team to strengthen revenue and elevate the client experience.
This is a full-time, in-person position.
What You'll Own
Sales & Lead Management
Our entire client pipeline — from first inquiry to signed contract
CRM integrity, automations, and lead nurturing strategy
All client communication including inquiries, proposals, contracts, and invoices
Venue tours — scheduling them, conducting them, and closing them
Booking metrics and pipeline reporting
Warm/cold lead reactivation and monthly engagement campaigns
Upsell strategy at the booking stage
Booked Event Support
Work with the Event Directors to identify opportunities to enhance the client experience after booking
Conduct post-event follow-up with hosts to gather feedback and generate reviews and referrals
Own Key Performance Indicators (KPI) tracking and reporting across the sales pipeline and booked events, delivering regular updates and insights to the owners
Evaluate and pilot new software tools to improve operational efficiency and streamline internal processes
Events & Marketing
Bridal expo preparation, attendance, and follow-up
Planning and coordination of all Green Ridge Club in-house events
Creation of marketing materials for in-house events, tours, and bridal shows
Operations
Vendor and supply management — office, linen, and general ordering
Ideal Candidate Profile

Has 3–7 years of experience in hospitality, event management, sales, or a similar client-facing environment
Presents professionally and confidently in all settings and takes pride in representing a premium brand
Is confident, approachable, and enthusiastic when speaking with prospective clients and guests
Naturally gravitates toward systems, documentation, and structured processes
Is energized by building order, improving workflows, and raising standards
Thinks critically and makes decisions that protect both guest experience and profitability
Is a proactive self-starter who anticipates breakdowns and solves problems before they escalate
Is creative and willing to experiment — comfortable testing new ideas, learning from failures, and continuously improving
Constantly asks: "How can we elevate this? How can we differentiate? How can we create something memorable and increase revenue?"
Thrives in structured, accountable environments while still bringing fresh energy and innovation
Is motivated to grow into a venue-wide leadership role over time
Is comfortable with CRM systems, event planning platforms, and technology in general
Schedule
Monday–Friday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM (in office)
1–2 scheduled evening tour blocks per week as needed
Saturday/Sunday tour availability as needed
Compensation & Benefits
$50,000–$55,000 annual salary based on experience, plus bonus opportunities

As a Bartender, you will be the key mixologist, creating a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere for our guests. Your expertise in crafting cocktails, exceptional customer service, and ability to engage patrons will contribute to the success of our bar services.
Job Responsibilities:
Mix and serve a variety of cocktails and beverages according to established recipes and customer preferences.
Engage with patrons, take drink orders, and provide recommendations based on their preferences.
Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including restocking supplies and disposing of waste.
Verify the age of customers to ensure legal drinking age compliance.
Handle cash transactions, process payments, and provide accurate change.
Monitor bar inventory, reorder supplies, and manage stock levels efficiently.
Create a welcoming atmosphere by interacting with guests and providing a positive experience.
Adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines in the handling and serving of alcoholic beverages.
Handle difficult situations with patrons diplomatically and professionally.
Collaborate with other staff members to ensure smooth bar operations during events.
Requirements:
At least 3 years experience as a bartender.
Proficient in mixing and garnishing cocktails with a strong knowledge of drink recipes.
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of beverage trends and a willingness to learn and adapt.
Strong organizational skills to manage bar inventory and supplies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of PA LCB guidelines and strict enforcement of legal drinking age requirements.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as per event schedules.
Willingness to also bartend at off-site events, as required.
Team player mentality with effective communication and collaboration skills.

As a Banquet Server at the Green Ridge Club, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service during special events and banquets. Your attention to detail, customer-focused approach, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will contribute to the success of our guests events.
Job Responsibilities:
Set up banquet venues according to event specifications, including table arrangements and decor.
Greet guests and ensure prompt and accurate service.
Serve food and beverages, adhering to presentation standards and timing requirements.
Collaborate with kitchen and catering staff to coordinate the flow of service.
Monitor and respond to guest needs throughout the event, providing a positive experience.
Clear tables, handle used dishes, and reset banquet spaces efficiently.
Collaborate with fellow servers to ensure seamless and synchronized service.
Follow safety and sanitation guidelines in handling and serving food and beverages.
Assist in event breakdown and cleanup activities after each event.
Uphold a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a banquet server or in a similar hospitality or customer service role.
Ability to lift and carry trays and stand for extended periods.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Attention to detail in maintaining a clean and organized banquet space.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as event schedules dictate.
Willingness to also serve at off-site events, as required.
Team player mindset with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse staff.

Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
